Grilled Sea Bass Recipe

Thai Sea Bass

3 pounds sea bass filets

Thai Sauce Recipe:

Zest and juice of 3 limes
3 tablespoons fresh ginger, grated
1/2 cup soy sauce
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Prepare the Thai Sauce recipe by combining all the sauce ingredients in a medium bowl.

Coat the fish pieces well with the sauce and grill over medium heat for about 10 minutes each side, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork. Baste often.

Serve the remaining sauce on the side, if desired. Serves 10-12.
