Charmaine's Microwave Fudge Recipe3 cups sugar Combine the sugar, evaporated milk and butter in a 3-quart casserole dish. Microwave on medium-high (commonly 7, 70%, or roast settings) for 12 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from the microwave and pour in the chocolate chips. Stir until they are melted. Add the marshmallow creme and vanilla, beating until blended. Pour the fudge mixture into a buttered 12 x 9 baking dish. Chill until set, then cut into squares. Makes 3 pounds.
