US to Metric Conversion Charts
for Cooking

We measure flour, they weigh it. If that doesn't call for US to Metric Conversion Charts, what does?

A site visitor overseas once asked me to translate all the recipes on GPR to

their metric equivalents because, she explained, "I have no idea how much a cup is; I don't have a measuring cup."

Well, frankly, the only "gram" I was familiar with was a cracker. (Excuse me... digestive biscuit.) So in the interest of world cooking peace, and the ability to try recipes from other parts of the world-- the conversion charts.

Be sure to do the math ahead of time and double-check it!
